We trust you are delighted with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, we will promptly exchange or provide a merchandise credit for any returned product. A refund is available with your original proof of purchase from American Girl.

Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.

To return an item, please complete the following steps.

Step 3:

Print an address label (Two label options below)

Option 1: Print a flat-rate mailing label for your package.
For the use of this label, we will deduct $6.95 from your refund.

  • Please send your completed return form (.pdf), product, and if available, proof of purchase.
  • Pack everything securely in a sturdy cardboard box. Remove any other addresses and barcodes from the outside of the box and affix the label to the package.
  • Drop off your package at any FedEx or USPS location

    place the package in a USPS collection box

    or

    Schedule Residential USPS Pick up.
  • Please note your tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your return.
Option 2: Print a pre-addressed shipping label (.pdf) for your package.
Use this label when paying your own shipping or postage to send in your return.
  • Please send your completed return form (.pdf), product, and if available, proof of purchase.
  • Pack everything securely in a sturdy cardboard box, affix the pre-addressed label to the package and send it to us through a standard carrier (such as FedEx or UPS) or insured mail.
  • If you prefer to create your own label, please address your package to:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.

If you'd like to replace the item(s) you are returning, place that order now and receive free standard shipping and processing. Rush shipping fees and other surcharges apply as appropriate.
